Hangzhou Difu Software Co., Ltd. is a software enterprise dedicated to information technology in the repair and after-sales industry, developing products and solutions for home appliances, IT products, office equipment, mobile phones, automobiles, and warehousing systems. Jike Cloud Demo Warehouse is a third-party warehouse under Hangzhou Difu Software Co., Ltd. Establishing a third-party warehouse allows them to continuously improve their own software products while providing one-click fulfillment services for e-commerce businesses.
Customer Requirements
As a third-party warehouse with diverse and complex product categories and limited warehouse space, the customer expected to complete a double-layer packing and outbound sorting conveyor system.
Solution
Bdaitec provided the solution that Jike Cloud needed.
- Conveyor SystemDouble-layer packing conveyor line. The upper layer transports material bins, where dedicated picking staff place bins on the upper conveyor line. After verification, packing staff remove the bins for packing. After packing is complete, packages are placed on the lower conveyor line.
Project Results
During the Double 11 event, the Jike Cloud Demo Warehouse equipped with intelligent warehousing and sorting system achieved a daily outbound volume of 53,882 orders.
