Solution

Composed of manual packing stations, verification stations, and conveyor sorting lines. Due to site limitations, a three-layer closed-loop conveyor line was designed to complete multiple tasks within limited space.

Conveyor System

With a circular conveyor line as the main body, verification stations and packing stations are set up on both sides. Sorting bins that have completed picking tasks are scanned by personnel at the verification station using PDA devices to verify order items. The PDA device provides voice prompts indicating whether verification is complete. After verification, sorting bins are placed on the closed-loop conveyor line, and packing personnel take sorting bins from the middle layer of the conveyor line to complete packing, apply shipping labels, and register packing. Completed packages are placed on the bottom layer of the conveyor line, which transports packages to the DWS system.

DWS System

The DWS dynamic weighing system completes weighing, code reading, and automatic calculation of express shipping costs while packages are in motion.

Courier Diversion System

Based on DWS information feedback, packages from different courier companies flow to corresponding compartments, facilitating courier suppliers to classify and collect, avoiding courier cross-orders.
