Project Background
Henan Shangqiu Bonded Logistics Center is the only bonded logistics center in the four cities of Huanghuai region. Its operation marks Shangqiu's entry into the "dry port era". The bonded logistics center is located in Yucheng County Industrial Cluster Zone, Shangqiu City, covering an area of 0.133 square kilometers with a total construction area of 80,434 square meters, including 60,000 square meters of warehouse space. It is planned with logistics operation area, customs supervision and inspection area, trading office area, and supporting service area, constructing bonded logistics warehouses, customs inspection sites, customs supervision warehouses, and comprehensive service buildings.
It has six functions: bonded warehousing, export tax rebate, simple processing and value-added services, international distribution and delivery, transit trade, logistics information processing and consulting services. As the "East Gate" of Henan, the establishment of the bonded logistics center is of great significance for expanding opening up, promoting investment attraction, undertaking coastal industrial transfer, developing international logistics, and promoting the transformation and upgrading of processing trade.
Shangqiu is the "Eastern Gateway" of the Central Plains Economic Region, the closest prefecture-level city in Henan Province to the sea port, an important material distribution center and commercial center, and a regional logistics center city determined by the provincial government. The surrounding market demand is strong, the foundation is broad, and the potential for foreign trade import and export is huge. From a big picture and future perspective, this bonded zone needs to achieve a fully intelligent system, control the number of operators, and ensure sorting efficiency of 3,000 pieces per hour.
Bdaitec designed an AGV intelligent robot solution for the bonded warehouse to achieve "goods-to-person", reducing human errors and accidents, saving time, and shortening personnel configuration.
Solution
AGV System
AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) is an important tool for automated transportation and handling, with increasingly wide application range. This project provides a submerged AGV for the bonded warehouse. It has a low body and can shuttle through limited gaps without laying tracks or other fixed devices. The route is set through computer programs and can be set according to different needs. When reaching under the designated shelf, the AGV directly lifts the shelf through the lifting module for transportation. The AGV carries the shelf to find the packing station, places the goods beside the packing station, and immediately proceeds to the next instruction. Silent and efficient work.
DWS-1280
The DWS system has multiple functions: volume measurement, dynamic weighing, and code reading. In response to the bonded warehouse's requirements, a newly customized DWS-1280 model was specially developed for this project.
Conveyor System
For the packing stations facing each other, there may be side-by-side parcels. Before entering the DWS system, parcels pass through a turning device to automatically achieve front-to-back arrangement. Then two pulling sections separate the parcel distance to ensure accuracy of weighing and information collection.

Project Results
Ultimately, Bdaitec created a fully intelligent warehousing and logistics system for Henan Shangqiu Bonded Logistics Center, achieving the expected goals and efficiency.
